I have definitely found my forever dentist and dental practice: West Lake Denistry. I’m over 60 and have only had one other practice that comes close. That was in Clemmons, NC: Dr. Sharon Reid. I’m extremely cautious with medical professionals. If I feel something is not right or they are not what I expect I will walk out. Dr. Naylor, founder of West Lake dentistry, is so awesome it’s hard to find the perfect adjectives! She is honest, approachable, knowledgeable, funny, professional and is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! I knew the minute I walked in WLD I’d found what I needed and wanted. Unfortunately, I have serious dental issues because I don’t create much saliva. It has gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. Medications just compound my problems. I have a mouth full of crowns, cavities, root canals and implants. I Sonicare (electric toothbrush), Water Pic and Floss several times a dayI I also suffer from severe mouth sores all the time. They are so painful and effect my quality of life. Because of all these issues my dentist is a critical medical person in my life. Trust and honesty are a necessity but understanding advanced and modern discoveries and techniques is also very important. West Lake dentistry, and Dr. Naylor, are all that and so much more. You can’t go wrong with West Lake Dentistry. And the dental Oscar goes to Dr. Naylor! I want to say Ditto and thank you to everyone at WLD. Thumbs up to West Lake Denistry!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Westlake Dentistry today during my cleaning! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is spotless, modern, and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. My cleaning was efficient but never felt rushed, and I left with my teeth feeling cleaner and healthier than ever. Dr. Naylor also stopped by to check in, and you can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. I can’t say enough good things about Westlake Dentistry. If you’re looking for top-notch care and a friendly, professional environment, this is the place to go. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

There are dentists and there are dental specialists. Dr Naylor has an incredible staff of people who actually care about the patient and making their patient’s dental chair experience as pleasurable as possible. Some dentists I’ve been to slap you in the chair go to work on your mouth with vigor and shove you out the door feeling like you have been worked over. Erin, Haley, Amber and Dr Naylor all do an amazing job with enthusiasm and concern. I am sure there are others but these 4 exhibit tremendous effort when helping me take care of my teeth. Everyone in their office is friendly and engaging. If I ever move away I will fly back here just so they can continue to be our family’s dental care givers.

Kayla was so welcoming. She was very gentle when it came to doing the bite guard X-rays. She also noted that I struggle with the sound of the hand tools scraping and very willingly utilized a different method to clean my teeth. (I am forever grateful). Throughout my cleaning, she took time to check in and also provide some education on different things related to my oral health. She explained things in such an easily understandable way.

Teeth always feel super clean when I leave. They keep me well informed of the state of affairs with my mouth . I am glad they help me keep my teeth in good shape 🦷

Had a cracked tooth and needed a crown. WLD did an amazing job of fitting me with a permanent crown in a single 3 hr appointment. Brooke, the dental assistant, was diligent, caring, thorough and beyond pleasant as she worked through all the set up, imaging, tooth prep and clean up. Dr Murtagh worked quickly and with a delicate hand to prepare the tooth for the crown. My pain level was a 0 and discomfort throughout the whole procedure was a 1 or 2. I highly recommend West Lake Dentistry for all regular dentistry and cleanings. (The hygienist Mary discovered the crack tooth during my routine cleaning.) And I can’t say enough about how wonderful all the staff is and how enjoyable it is to go there!

Absolutely love this place. I took my fiancé, Roman, here for a tooth problem, and they went above and beyond for him. They even got him a same day referral to a dental surgeon. We felt very welcomed from the time we stepped through the doors until the time we left. Dr Brooks, Bre, and the other dental assistants and hygienist are very knowledgeable and has made us hopeful again. I will definitely be switching to West Lake very soon because of how much I’ve seen them do for Roman. Thank you guys so much, it’s so impossible to find a great place like yours.

My insurance had just switched providers and I needed to find a new dentist quickly because I have horrible teeth hygiene. So I went to see Dr. Naylor. The appointment set up was easy, quick, and I didn’t have to do much. They took X-rays and did an oral cancer screening which I had never had done before. They were fast and efficient and made sure that I was getting what I needed ASAP. I ended up needing Root Canal Treatment which Dr. Naylor happily suggested places I could go to including one where her husband works. I have an appointment with him in two weeks and I’m grateful to be taken care of by such enjoyable people. I would highly recommend anyone in need of dental work to them both.

I switched dentists from a Huntersville office last year for two reasons: mostly because I wanted something closer to home and also because I wanted to support female biz owners. I LOVE this dental group! I feel confident in the staff, from the front office/ins/billing to the hygienists and the dentists. Everyone is safe and the office is super clean. And I just had a crown replaced, which was so state-of-the-art that it was done in one visit with the new crown made on the spot. These are hardworking moms and professionals!

My experiences at West Lake Dentistry with the Doctors and staff have turned that around for me completely, so trust me when I say that West Lake Dentistry is a far and away the best you will find in the Lake Norman Area. I owe my current bright and healthy smile solely to their practice. The front desk staff is welcoming and starts off your visit on a great note. The hygienists are amazing and do an incredible job (especially Chelsea, be sure to ask for her). I had a fair amount of dental work I needed to have done to fix several years of neglect prior to finding the incredible team at West Lake Dentistry. The work done by Dr. Brooks and Dr. Naylor has been the best quality (and least painful) dental work I have ever experienced and that includes multiple crowns and fillings. Had an emergency when a crown fell out that had been installed 12 years ago, Dr.Brooks was able to take me in that same day and fabricate a new crown with their state of the art equipment and eradicate the decay that caused the problem. I was treated with a caring, concerned, professional staff in a quick amount of time. Hands down the best dental practice I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in the door the staff, hygienists and dentists are amazing, the friendliest you’ll ever meet! I just moved to the area so this was my first visit to Dr. Amber Brooks. I love everything about this office! The staff, my hygienist Dawn, and Dr. Brooks. It doesn’t bother me to go to the dentist but I was really worried about my hygienist appointment because I have very sensitive teeth. There was no cause for worry because Dawn was terrific and it is the first time I haven’t experienced any pain from the cleaning. She is so friendly and listened to my concerns and came up with a plan. She recommended products and ways to help with the sensitivity. This was the most thorough exam I have ever had. After the cleaning Dr. Brooks came in and finished the exam. She is very friendly and also puts you at ease. I would recommend them to anyone!

Moved to the Denver area a few years ago. Came across a Lake Norman magazine that had a feature on West Lake Dentistry. My wife wanted to see if the office would work for us and the rest is history! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I had a lot of long overdue repairs done. Everything worked out great! The staff are all amazing. I highly recommend west lake .

Second to none! Hands down this dental office is the best i have been to... The administrative staff , hygienists, assistants, and the Doctors are by far the friendliest yet most professional staff you will find. Just had a cracked tooth fixed and have yet to feel anything. As good as it gets!

Everything about this practice is 5 star. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted in a friendly and professional manner in a warm and inviting environment. I have never had to wait in the lobby more than 3 minutes before being taken back for my appointment (despite being late). Dr. Wells, Erin, and staff are gentle, and listen to your concerns. They accommodated my request to not use Epinephrine because it makes me extremely uncomfortable, and overall my pain during treatment was minimal. In the past, I have always experienced substantial pain or aching for weeks to months after major dental work. Recently, I had 2 crowns placed over fractured teeth, and a major filling in a molar tooth without a single bit of residual pain. Follow up was also excellent as they checked to make sure everything was doing alright the next day. I finally feel like I have found a dental practice that I can trust. I would highly recommend giving Dr. Nicole Wells and her team your trust for your dental care needs.

Dr. Naylor and her staff are amazing, patient, kind, respectful and so much more ! As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and treated like they are happy you are there! I wasn’t happy with my smile even after having braces as a kid, Dr. Naylor has given me the confidence I needed, and has given me the smile I have dreamed about my whole life! I can’t thank her enough, I am forever thankful! Make that appointment today, you won’t regret it.

The least intimidated I’ve felt going to the dentist, EVER. From the welcoming and warm front desk, to the assistants (Erin), and the hygienists (Dawn) my experience is always exceptional at West Lake. Dr. Naylor continues to provide a level of patient service that you just don’t find at any other dental practice. Wrap all that up in a beautiful (clean) office space with state-of-the-art equipment. If you live in the Huntersville/Cornelius/Denver area you shouldn’t be going anywhere else for dental care.

My favorite dentist I’ve worked with! Dr. Naylor and Dr. Brooks are good at listening to my wants and needs, and are very helpful with getting me on track with my treatment. The front desk staff, hygienist and assistants are helpful too and are welcoming and sympathetic. The office is beautiful and, believe it or not, I have fun! You can hear laughter throughout the entire office.

They have the best dentist ever (Dr Naylor), & their staff is so polite. The office is warm & inviting.! I don’t like going to the dentist, but going here has made me love it.!! Thank you guys so much for being the best.!!

My husband introduced me to this wonderful group a year ago after we married. I knew that I needed a lot of work and was so hesitant to see a dentist due to bad experiences in the past. Drs. Naylor and Brooks are so compassionate and were attentive to my voncerns. They do a thorough exam and present their suggestions as to a treatment plan with no pressure. I am happy to say that I just completed my treatment plan, and couldn’t be more pleased! The front office including Jen, Cassie and April were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I came in. Just an amazing group of people. I am so happy that I trusted my dental care to Drs. Naylor and Brooks and their staff. It is obvious they all take such pride in their work and are excellent at it! Now I just have to start watching my weight since I am able to eat anything, lol! Thank you all!

Dawn the hygienist & Dr. Brooks Are both thorough & detailed. My teeth were very yellow from drinking daily coffeeI, I felt a wonderful boost of confidence having whiter teeth once again!!! As a mom it’s hard to take time for self care but I’m glad it didn’t put off my cleaning & exam appointment.

The staff are friendly and professional. I have had only good experiences in my 3 years seeing these ladies. They made an emergency appointment for my daughter after she fell down last year and saw us right away. Great dental practice!

Very nice wonderful staff and they did a great job on everything I had done.

I have always received the best dental care from this practice but was blown away when my son had a dental emergency at school. He is 8 and knocked his 2 front permanent teeth out in PE class. I called to give them a heads up and that we were on our way, they got us in immediately. I could not have asked for better service and concern for my son. They were very diligent to confirm the damage that had occurred, explained the entire procedure and what to expect. Best of all, he had temporary teeth by the end of the visit. I highly recommend West Lake Dentistry.

Can't say enough about this practice. I am new to NC and the Denver area and I was so impressed with the gals in the office - friendly beyond belief - I felt right at home immediately. Amazing staff in an amazing office. Im 25, male, and my mother set up an unsolicited appointment with Dr. Brooks for me (thanks mom, lol). Dr. Brooks is very smart, professional, friendly, ect. Much like the other staff members I interacted with as well. I did notmeet dr Naylor, but I can only assume she’s a sweetheart and a pro as well. I’m new to the Charlotte area but as long as I’m living here Westlake has a customer for life :) Keep doing what you’re doing ladies!
